Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and eligibility for services.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other professionals.
Provide counseling and emotional support to clients dealing with challenging life circumstances.
Advocate for clients' rights and access to social services and resources.
Monitor and evaluate clients' progress towards their goals and adjust plans as necessary.
Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops on relevant topics such as coping strategies and resource management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and case progress.
Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
Current licensure as a social worker in the relevant jurisdiction.
At least two years of experience working with adults in a social services capacity.
Strong understanding of social justice principles and advocacy strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse populations.
Proficient in case management and crisis intervention techniques.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and independently.
Hours Per Week: 37.00

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £19.85
