Sustainability Consultant - Cardiff

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
This is an opportunity for a Sustainability Consultant to become part of a specialist sustainability, energy and design consultancy offering strategic and technical advice within the built environment.
The role will focus on the delivery of BREEAM; from feasibility work and planning support through to certification. In addition, depending on your technical background, the role will offer wider opportunities, e.g. energy modelling, LCA, sustainability & energy statement and Net-Zero strategies.
Minimum Requirements:
* Detailed working knowledge of the current Building Regulations Part L
* 1 year of experience in a similar sustainability role
* Experience of working on BREEAM assessments through to certification
