Your New Role
As a Finance Controller, you will:
1. Forge strong relationships with client operational and finance teams.
2. CIS construction scheme management.
3. IR35 management.
4. Produce insightful client reports with value-added financial commentary.
5. Compile comprehensive annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
6. Identify and capitalise on savings opportunities to meet financial targets.
7. Provide direct financial support and expertise to the account.
8. Implement and manage baseline and savings tracking reporting and analysis.
9. Ensure adherence to finance procedures and take corrective action when necessary.
10. Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects, driving continuous improvement.
What You'll Need to Succeed
1. Higher educational qualifications to 'A' level or degree (or equivalent).
2. Qualified CCAB accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) is essential.
3. Exceptional PC skills, particularly in Word, Excel (including modelling), PowerPoint, and Outlook.
4. Strong numeracy and organisational skills.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Proven experience of delivering financial information within tight deadlines.
7. Familiarity with complex commercial models and GMP is desirable.
8. The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
