Our Store Managers are at the heart of keeping our stores thriving. They are known for putting customers first and for inspiring their store team to deliver a memorable shopping experience. You’ll not just be a store manager, but you will play an active part in engaging and building relationships with your community. Some of your key responsibilities would be: • to take overall accountability for your store and team, ensuring a great customer experience is being delivered and the highest standards are being adhered to • to provide excellent leadership to your team to create a high-performance culture • to be a positive role model to the team and advocate the co-op values • to lead the team to drive sales, memberships and community engagement • to drive people related activities such as training, development and performance, whilst still being hands on within the store when needed • to be actively involved with social initiatives and volunteering hours to support your local community You can find more details about Store Manager responsibilities in the attached Job Description document. Your shift pattern may include some evenings and weekends, but we value your time outside of work and we’ll make sure your rota is available 4 weeks in advance – giving you peace of mind to be able to make the most of your days off.
