Are you a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a flexible and rewarding role? Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated HLTAs to work across a variety of schools in Reading.

About the Role:
* Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across different year groups
* Leading small group interventions and whole-class sessions where required
* Working with students with a range of abilities, including those with SEN
* Covering lessons in the absence of the class teacher
* Adapting to different school environments and building positive relationships with staff and students
Requirements:
* HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience)
* Previous experience working in primary or secondary schools
* Strong classroom management skills
* Adaptability and confidence to work in different school settings
* A passion for education and supporting student development
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
