Assist in the office. Duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Accounts Sage 50 for sales invoices and purchase invoices.
2. Monthly payment run and chasing invoices due. Experience in use of SAGE essential.
3. Ordering supplies for two factories, finding new suppliers for new products as needed.
4. General admin duties such as diary management and assisting the Director with day to day enquiries.
This job will mostly be working on your own whilst also supporting the director.
The ideal candidate will be hard working, punctual, reliable and ready to take on a challenge. Common sense and assertiveness in dealing with operational staff members and suppliers are essential.

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
