Your Role Lead on leasing, renewals, rent reviews, and negotiations across a broad estate. Oversee acquisitions and disposals, ensuring alignment with legal and strategic priorities. Provide clear and commercially sound advice to internal stakeholders. Draft reports, contribute to committees, and engage in cross-department collaboration. Advise on property budgets and make recommendations for investment or divestment. Ensure all property activity complies with RICS standards and ISO-aligned quality controls. What You’ll Bring MRICS accreditation and a relevant property degree. Minimum 5–10 years’ post-qualification experience, ideally including time in the public or housing sector. Strong knowledge of landlord & tenant law, leases, and asset optimisation strategies. The ability to communicate technical property matters to a range of stakeholders. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across a local geography.
