As the ICT Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for taking ownership of existing workstreams and managing and guiding the delivery. The projects vary from infrastructure, network connectivity and Windows rollout. You will lead project meetings, monitor and report on progress, working closely and collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
You will also contribute to the development of Scope of Works and Statement of Works as well as developing and agreeing key metrics for upcoming projects.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience working with ICT suppliers in an outsourced environment.
* Ability to prioritise, deliver to agreed deadlines and manage expectations.
* Conversant with ICT Service Desk ticketing software.
* Appreciation of project management methodologies.
* Working knowledge of project and service delivery management frameworks, with reference to project management and change control.
* Understanding of ICT related data legislation.
* Knowledge of quality management and improvement approaches.
* Evidence of successfully implementing complex ICT projects.
* Able to undertake a DBS check
