Business Immigration Solicitor - Bristol
Experienced business immigration solicitor required to work with this top tier employment law team on a high quality caseload of business immigration. This business immigration solicitor will join this busy employment team in Bristol on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities:
* Working on a caseload of contentious and non-contentious immigration matters.
* Caseload will include visa applications, sponsor licenses, right to work, and compliance issues.
* Supporting clients with advice and queries across a range of sectors, including healthcare, higher education, commercial, and private sector clients.
* Working alongside a successful employment team to build relationships with new and existing clients.
Qualifications:
* 4 years PQE+ in business immigration law. If this has been a part of a wider caseload, please still apply.
* Ability to manage your own caseload of business immigration matters with minimal supervision.
* Commercial acumen and the confidence to work directly with clients.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
