Position: Customer Service Advisor - Bodyshop
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor for our Bodyshop department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and handle all incoming inquiries, both in person and over the phone, from customers regarding their vehicle repairs and services.
2. Schedule appointments and manage the repair process for customers, ensuring timely completion and delivery of their vehicles.
3. Communicate with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
4. Work closely with the Bodyshop team to ensure efficient and effective repair processes, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
5. Coordinate with insurance companies and third-party vendors to facilitate smooth and timely claims processing.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, repair orders, and payments.
7. Follow up with customers after the completion of repairs to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
8. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the repair process, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
9. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including the showroom and waiting areas.
10. Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.
4. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Proficient in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
6. Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology is an asset.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
