ABOUT THE ROLE

In the role of Beauty Therapist, your key focus will be to:
● Extend a welcoming experience for our clients
● Carry out a variety of treatments
● Follow Forbes and brand standards
● Be fully aware of treatment menus and product knowledge
● Assess guest needs through thorough consultation prior to treatment
● Adhere to the operating procedures of Chuan Body + Soul
● Promote spa and body care products
● Ensure all treatment rooms are set up according to standards prior to the treatment
● Maintain clear lines of communication within the Spa and hotel in general

ABOUT YOU
● Experience in a similar position and environment with a firm understanding of excellence in customer service
● Spa/Beauty qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent (a professional background in beauty therapy and a Spa/Beauty qualification in CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC/NVQ/VTCT is desirable)
