Senior / Associate Electrical Engineer Responsibilities
1. Lead MEP engineering teams delivering a range of project work
2. Prepare design and economic feasibility studies, surveys, and reports
3. Plan engineering projects in terms of methods, costs, time schedules, and staff requirements
4. Carry out and supervise site inspections
5. Liaise closely with other professionals
6. Attend a range of project group and technical meetings
7. Supervise technicians and junior engineers
8. Encourage a working environment where people can grow and reach their full potential
Experience and Skills Required
1. Excellent project management skills
2. Ability to foster long-term productive working relationships
3. Significant experience within an electrical building services design role from either a consultant or contractor background
4. Accredited relevant degree or higher educational qualification in an applicable discipline (HNC/HND)
5. Achieved or working towards IEng or CEng status
6. Excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a close-knit team towards a shared goal
