Trade Counter Retail Superstar! You will be joining the Leeds based electrical wholesale/lighting showroom. This is a busy and varied role involving:
1. Welcome and assist on the trade counter. Exceed customers’ expectations and maintain our customer service standards.
2. Handle inbound telephone calls, e-mails, and online correspondence. Ordering new stock.
3. Support all aspects of the sales journey from product queries, advice, and aftersales care.
4. Process customer returns and exchanges.
5. Take ownership of any delivery issues, finding suitable solutions for everything that falls on your plate.
6. Provide prompt, efficient, and consistent information and communication in line with company policy.
7. Liaise with couriers to ensure the best service is maintained.
8. Loads of scope to progress with the company as it is rapidly expanding.

Are you an awesome customer success advisor with a can-do attitude who can handle day-to-day challenges and offer creative solutions to customers looking for their customer furniture piece? A great team player? Confident to communicate with customers but also with our purchasing, product, and marketing departments as their direct line of communication to customer feedback? You have:
1. A passion for lighting, design, and retail.
2. Clear spoken and written communication skills.
3. The ability to build rapport with people quickly and effectively.
4. A professional and proactive attitude with exceptional attention to detail.
5. Excellent organisational skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
6. The ability to problem solve quickly and take ownership comfortably.
7. Confident, resilient, and assertive decision-making skills.
8. Great MS Office skills.
9. Ideally, have Customer Service experience.
10. Experience in a B2B or trade counter environment or retail environment.
