Location: Newport, Shropshire (Remote options available)
Salary: £30k basic, dependent on experience + life cover, pension, and other benefits.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 9.00am – 5.00pm
* Friday: 9.00am – 4pm
Start Date: Immediate or to suit your availability.
This is a full-time permanent role of 36.5 hours per week.

An exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Executive / Telesales Executive / Business Development Manager to join a friendly team.
Job Description:
Due to company expansion, we are now looking for several new Internal Sales Executives / Telesales Executives to join our growing Internal Sales team. You will primarily be working from a database of existing clients and potential new customers, with responsibility for a designated geographical area, predominantly within the Automotive / Vehicle workshops sector.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Outbound sales calls to your designated database of existing and potential customers with the objective of booking a set number of jobs per day.
* Research and continually develop the market database from online searches.
* Update and maintain the contact relationship management database.
* Contact vehicle workshops by telephone to arrange waste oil collections.
* Receive inbound calls from vehicle workshops.
* Correspond with vehicle workshops by email.
* Set up customer accounts using a bespoke portal.
* Create collection jobs using the bespoke portal for allocation to tanker drivers via their smartphone app.
* Review allocated jobs using mapping software.
* Update database after completed jobs.
* Work as part of a team allocated to specific geographical areas.
* Liaise with the nominated area collection driver for reviewing work plans and optimizing the workflow.
Person Specification:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with good attention to detail.
* Good rapport-building skills.
* First-class administration and IT skills, with good attention to detail.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Resilience and ability to multi-task.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
Experience:
* Ideally, you will have previous B2B sales experience: this could be telesales, inside sales, or face-to-face. However, our clients would also consider candidates from other career paths who have the personal attributes to transition to an internal sales role and the desire to succeed.
* Database management experience.
* Experience using CRM systems.
