£30,000 - £36,000 plus bonus
Global CTS recruitment are working with a client based in Oxford. They're looking for an Insurance Administrator to join their growing team. The Insurance Administrator will be responsible for providing an exceptional service to clients and quality support to colleagues.

Responsibilities
* Working closely with front facing Sales professionals, responsible for the day to day servicing of client accounts
* Applies insurance knowledge & principles to day to day work queries
* Ability to apply standard policy wording, extensions and limitations
* General understanding of the underwriting, claims and broking processes
* Act as point of reference with insurers and dealing with negotiations
* Working always to business operational standards, policy and processes
* Awareness of the different distribution channels
* Build positive working relationships with internal colleagues and teams
* Use client applications accurately and as defined by the business including invoicing and maintaining quality data
Qualifications/Experience
* Cert CII ideally, but not essential
* Excellent communication, administration and decision-making skill...
