Job Description
* Manage office operations, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
* Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
* Provide logistical support for charity events, meetings, and activities.
The Successful Applicant
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Familiarity with database management and data entry.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Strong attention to detail.
