Key Responsibilities:
* Provide effective teaching and classroom management in the absence of regular teachers.
* Follow lesson plans and adapt them as needed to meet the needs of students.
* Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
* Assess student understanding and provide feedback.
* Collaborate with staff to ensure a smooth transition for students.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
* Teaching certification (or in progress).
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
