HR Manager - Part Time x2-x3 days a week
Location: x1 day in the London office (Green Park / Regents Street)
Salary: ££open depending on experience
Applicants must be available on short notice and open to FTC or Day Rate.
This opportunity is working for a data analytics business looking for their number one in HR who can support on a fractional basis globally.
Responsibilities:
Global HR Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR matters across the global business, with a strong understanding of international employment laws, labor standards, and cultural nuances.
Compliance & Risk Management: Stay current with changes in global employment legislation and regulatory requirements. Provide strategic recommendations to the SVP of People & Culture to proactively adjust internal policies and practices, ensuring ongoing compliance and minimizing risk.
Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business goals, driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor the HR Administrator, overseeing day-to-day HR operations including employee onboarding, contracts, and administrative tasks, while fostering their professional growth.
Policy & Process Oversight: Ensure company HR policies, procedures, and handbooks remain compliant with regional employment regulations and are communicated clearly across the organization.
Employee Relations: Oversee and support the resolution of employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, and conflict management, promoting a fair and consistent approach.
Performance & Attendance Management: Monitor employee performance metrics such as attendance, leave, and overall conduct, implementing processes that support continuous improvement.
Compensation & Benefits: Lead the review and refinement of pay structures and employee benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with company strategy.
Benefits Administration: Manage global employee benefit programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing employees with ongoing support and education regarding their benefits packages.
Qualifications
* Qualifications within HR (CIPD or equivalent)
* Proven extensive experience in Human Resources in a lead role
* Demonstrated expertise in ER and global exposure
* Strong organisational, critical thinking and communications skills
* Attention to detail and good judgement
* Proactive and takes initiative
