Solicitor - Family Law - mfg Solicitors Telford
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Family Solicitor, of 2-5PQE, at our Telford office.
The ideal candidate
You'll be technically proficient in a range of Family and matrimonial legal matters, with a good sense of professional judgement. Very much a team player with aspirations to grow both self and division, you will have a client-centric focus, a proactive approach and the ability to build sound relations with others. Good organisational skills are crucial to enable you to adeptly handle a large caseload, as is commercial awareness and a willingness to support the firm’s wider business development activity.
Responsibilities
* Managing a range of Family work including divorce, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, financial disputes and remedies, cohabitation disputes/agreements, child arrangements/disputes, grandparents’ rights in relation to children, child abduction/adoption, non-molestation/occupation orders and providing relevant technical expertise.
* A wholly private caseload, no publicly funded work.
* Guiding and supporting other team members.
* Helping coordinate and support with business development events/activities.
Qualifications
* You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
