Business Change Support Manager - Band 5
The Project Support Manager will support the Business Change Managers within the Digital Strategy, supporting crucial projects like ePMA and ePR to enable the trust to continue to work towards a paper-light organisation. The Support Manager will be required to work to PRINCE2 methodology, working within a dynamic and forward-thinking team.
The successful candidate should be highly motivated, possess a current or be willing to work towards a professional qualification (e.g., PRINCE2), have relevant experience and evidence of involvement in implementing projects, plus experience as per the Person Specification. Good organisation and communication skills are essential. The candidate must be willing and able to travel between all Trust sites.
The post holder will report to the Transformation Manager.

Qualifications
* Education to degree/diploma in relevant area or to demonstrate equivalent experience.
* Prince2 qualification or commit to work towards this within the first 12 months.
* NVQ Assessor Award.
* Diploma in Management.
Previous Experience
* Data collection and use of information for decision making.
* Managing a small team.
* Service development initiative, including experience in writing and understanding detailed user documentation.
* Previous experience of project management and support.
* Managing waiting times target.
Skills
* Knowledge of access targets within the NHS.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to use Excel and PowerPoint (presentation skills).
* Demonstrate evidence of service development and people management.
* Experience of rota management in an NHS setting.
* Understanding of PAS/Clinical systems in the NHS.
Specific Requirements
* Conscientious in standard of work produced.
* Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
* Excellent understanding of the importance of information and clinical governance.
