THE ROLE:
The appointed Solicitor will manage an exciting and diverse portfolio of high-profile corporate matters, with opportunities to work on international work. The role involves drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements, as well as providing advice to clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring. This role is fully office-based.
THE CANDIDATE:
The firm is considering applications from individuals who are newly qualified or have up to 3 years of post-qualification experience, gained either at national firms or reputable niche firms. You will use your expertise to offer advice and guidance on corporate issues, whilst supporting business development and building strong client relationships. You will also be hungry to learn from your peers and to advance your career as part of this ambitious team.
