About the Role:
The London Borough of Newham Council is seeking a replacement locum Social Worker to join their team. This role involves performing assessments, care planning, and case reviews for a number of sheltered accommodation schemes. What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will conduct Care Act assessments of needs, especially for extra care sheltered accommodation voids. You will also be responsible for carer's assessments and reviews, the completion of scheduled reviews, and safeguarding enquiries. Additionally, you will present cases at panels, including joint funded panels, and work with the legal team to prepare statements and attend court hearings.

Hold a full UK licence
