Hours: 40 hours per week to be worked in accordance with the catering team rota. Your core hours will be Monday to Sunday between the hours of 7am - 6pm
Salary: GBP31,200 per annum

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our talented in-house high performance catering team. You will be responsible for cooking high-performance food for our players and staff, suggesting new nutritional dishes, and creating home and away menus. You will be part of a passionate, creative team dedicated to producing the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook high-performance meals for players and staff.
2. Contribute to the nutritional education of players through interactive cooking lessons.
3. Suggest innovative ideas for new dishes and menu creation.
4. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a passion for cooking in a fast-paced environment. It is essential to hold a food hygiene certificate and a Level 2 or equivalent in Hospitality and Catering.
