Role Overview:
The Customer Service Advisor role involves handling calls from customers about their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans. You'll provide a seamless experience during important moments in their lives, ensuring empathy and respect throughout every interaction.
Your Key Responsibilities:

* Provide clear explanations and simplify complex matters
* Use IT applications efficiently to resolve customer queries
* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Foster strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
