We have partnered with a fantastic contemporary brand looking for a People Manager to join the team. The Successful candidate will be a true HR generalist - passionate about all things people related.
Key responsibilities;
* Be the key point of contact for all HR queries for employees and senior leadership team
* Develop and execute initiatives that build on employee culture and improve the work place
* Roll out learning and development initiatives
* Oversee DEI strategy across the business
* Oversee and execute the recruitment and onboarding processes scoping out talent, partnering with stakeholders and onboarding new team members
* Execute employee branding strategies
* Support the senior leaderships team across promotions, talent strategy and performance
* Be the key point of contact for all disciplinary issues
* Be up to date with all UK and EU HR policies and insure the business is in line with this
* Work closely with finance to ensure Payroll is running smoothly
* Lead change management strategies
* Partner with external stake holders
The Successful candidate will;
* Have at least 5 years experience in people management or as HR BP
* Be a true HR generalist
* Be a strategic and creative thinker
* Ideally have experience within a fashion background
* Be confident working with Founders, C suit and leadership teams
