Role Purpose: As the Employer Relationship Manager, you will manage and strengthen relationships with employers, higher education institutions, and training providers. Your focus will be on increasing membership, promoting qualifications, and identifying new growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Strengthen relationships with employer accounts, accredited universities, and tuition providers. Promote their qualifications, training services, and membership benefits. Provide regular market insights and keep the membership database accurate. Business Development: Identify and engage with new sectors and employers. Use consultative sales techniques to address employer needs. Develop bespoke training solutions and expand higher education partnerships. Commercial Products: Achieve sales targets by promoting our products and services. Collaborate with the learning and development team on new qualifications or training routes. Management and Reporting: Supervise the Employer Account Executive. Record business opportunities in the CRM and contribute to forecasting. Support pricing and process development for new products and services. General: Contribute to broader organizational initiatives. Ensure compliance with organizational values and high standards. Key Performance Indicators: Growth in membership and learners at employer partners. Increased membership among students at accredited universities. Expansion of accredited university partners. Person Specification: Knowledge: Growth-oriented mindset with the ability to identify commercial opportunities. Familiarity with business training needs and delivery methods. Educated to degree level or equivalent experience. Experience: 3-4 years in sales or account management with a proven record of new account acquisition. Experience in stakeholder management. Skills: Strong consultative sales and account management abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
