If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you A We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic SEND Room Lead Practitioner to oversee and deliver high-quality provision in our small SEND unit. The unit consists of 8 children all with some learning and complexed needs ages 5-11 years. The unit supports the children to learn in a safe space with equipment that supports their holistic needs. You will be supported by 3 TA’s and 121 SNA’s. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the SEND room. Develop and implement tailored strategies to meet individual learning and behavioral needs. Work collaboratively with teachers, TAs, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for all children. Monitor progress and create individualised learning plans (ILPs). Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Provide clear communication to the team, children and wider school. Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience leading a setting Level 3 or above Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting. Strong knowledge of SEND best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
