Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team (MDT), your role will be to provide specialist prescribed exercise and nutrition support (1-2-1 and group) regarding the benefits of healthy eating, and opportunities to reduce sedentary behavior and increase habitual levels of physical activity, to ensure excellent patient healthcare and contractual outcomes are achieved.
