Your Role:
1. Provide personal care support to SEND students, ensuring their safety and well-being.
2. Assist with manual handling tasks, following best practice guidelines.
3. Work closely with teachers to implement individualised learning and care plans.
4. Support students’ emotional, social, and academic development.
5. Maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom.

1. Previous experience working with SEND children is essential.
2. Experience with personal care and manual handling is highly desirable.
