We are looking for a creative and experienced Assistant Manager at The Finchs Arms. The 18th century inn has recently been awarded two AA Rosettes, as well as a 5* AA Inn rating. The Assistant Manager should provide exceptional customer service, motivate and lead their team. This role is ideal for a flexible and experienced individual who works well under pressure. A passion for the food and drink industry is fundamental.

Key Responsibilities Include:
* Ensure all customers receive the best level of service
* Motivate and lead the team to encourage professionalism and enjoyment whilst at work
* Train team members to develop their service skills and product knowledge
* Input to the creation of promotions and products to increase general awareness and sales within the site
* Work with the team to create and run internal events
* Assist the GM with other duties, such as providing directors with end of week sales information
* Undertake the GM roles in their absence or during holidays
Working Hours: Full time to include evenings & weekends
