Job Description
1. Providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
2. Handling customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
3. Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate record-keeping
4. Supporting the customer service team in daily administrative tasks
5. Assisting in the development and implementation of customer service policies
6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
7. Staying informed about the latest company products and services
8. Participating in customer service training and professional development programs
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Admin should have:
1. Experience in Customer Service is a must
2. Experience using Microsoft - Word, PDF, Excel, Outlook
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics would be highly advantageous.
4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
5. The ability to handle customer complaints and queries effectively
6. A good understanding of the FMCG industry
