About the Role
SOS Home Care provides a person-centred service to clients in their own homes, helping them to live as independently as possible. The responsibilities of a Home Care Assistant include personal care, meal preparation, medication support, and assisting clients to access the community. You do not need to drive for this role as you will be based in one area. Our goal is to deliver excellent service that positively impacts our clients’ lives, fostering greater engagement in community activities, self-determination, meaningful relationships, and improved quality of life.
