About the Company:
We have the opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join an established and flourishing business being the direct support to the CEO & directors within the business. Within this role you would be supporting a commercial business with various tasks such as diary management, minute taking, providing administrative support to board as well as representing the organisation at trade shows and events and being the first point of contact to handle queries and enquiries. The ability to be adaptable and diverse within this role is key and an individual with excellent initiative and interpersonal skills is paramount. You will be responsible for preparing all documentation required for CEO meetings as well as briefing and providing additional support/information where possible. You must have experience preparing presentations and proofreading proactively adding value using company knowledge and the ability to see where opportunities could be further generated.
About the Role:
