Advise on salary, benefits, and well-being, aligning with statutory requirements and company philosophy.
Lead and deliver the Total Reward Strategy to attract and retain talent, including proposals and initiatives.
Maintain reward matrices, conduct job slotting, and model reward elements within the career framework.
Manage relationships with reward providers, ensuring timely renewals and sourcing new cost-effective, engaging benefits.
Oversee annual salary reviews and conduct benchmarking analyses to ensure market competitiveness.
Manage Short-Term Incentive programs and related plans.
Support recruitment by monitoring salary trends and benchmarking internal vs. external data.
