We’re looking for an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team and provide person-centred care for individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and behaviours that may challenge. What You’ll Do: Care & Support: Deliver care that respects individual choice and dignity, helping Service Users with daily activities, life planning, and social opportunities. Leadership: Support and mentor your team, taking the lead when the manager’s away, and help onboard new staff. Communication: Stay connected with Service Users, families, and colleagues to ensure everyone’s on the same page. Health & Safety: Ensure a safe environment, follow company policies, and report any issues that come up. General Support: Keep records, assist with audits, and make visitors feel welcome. What We’re Looking For: Essential: Experience working with people who have Autism, Learning Disabilities, and/or challenging behaviours. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). A full driving licence (with business insurance) and willingness to drive a minibus. Flexibility to take on-call duties.
