Roles and responsibilities:
1. People management and mentoring
2. Overseeing a variety of categories
3. Creating and implementing strategic procurement processes
4. Ensuring the wider company is following correct procurement procedure
5. Overseeing bids and tenders
6. Managing supplier and stakeholder relations
What you'll need to succeed:
A successful candidate will have:
1. Excellent experience with Public Sector Regulations (essential)
2. People management experience
3. MCIPS qualification (or equivalent experience)
4. Category management experience
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
6. Time management and organisational skills
