We are seeking a dynamic and driven Area Sales Manager to join their team and take ownership of sales activities within the South West region. Key Responsibilities Account Management: Manage a portfolio of trade accounts, providing tailored support and solutions to drive growth. Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Deliver training and support to customers on product knowledge, ensuring they are fully equipped to promote the brand effectively. Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new accounts. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the region. Market Knowledge and Strategy: Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide valuable insights and recommendations to the management team to support business growth and market positioning. Sales Execution: Present and demonstrate the company’s high-end kitchen and appliance solutions, highlighting unique selling points and benefits. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and project delivery. Attend trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and develop new leads. Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management through CRM systems. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team. Key Attributes and Skills Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the kitchen, appliance, or interiors industry. Strong knowledge of B2B sales, with a track record of selling to customers. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers. Self-motivated and target-driven, with excellent organisational and time-management skills. Ability to work autonomously while contributing to the success of the wider team. A full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively across the South West region. What We Offer Competitive basic salary of £45,000 PA, with realistic OTE of £80,000 PA.
