Based in a vibrant Bournemouth office, you'll play a crucial role in supporting customers with their pet healthcare needs by providing exceptional customer service. Main Responsibilities: Inbound Customer Support: Handle incoming calls, emails, and tickets from clients. Data Management: Process customer transfers, manage feedback responses, and ensure system alerts are addressed promptly. Administrative Tasks: Handle incoming post and update customer information as needed.
