Our Integrar team handles thousands of remortgages every month, meaning that we know the process inside and out and have invested in the system to manage transactions quickly and efficiently. We understand the need for speed and the requirement to keep clients and customers up to date with progress, both of which form core elements of our processes.
The learning and development team plays a huge part in ensuring our internal colleagues have the skills and knowledge to fulfil the above commitments and we are now looking to add to this fantastic team to further enhance our Integrar service and offering.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented individual to join our growing Learning and Development Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of training delivered online through eLearning and webinars as well as facilitated classroom-based learning sessions for colleagues:
Responsibilities
* Striving to create a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in all course content.
* Design & deliver bespoke Remortgage learning solutions both virtually and in person.
* Deliver bespoke induction and learning plans for new starters.
* Manage colleagues’ learning journeys.
* Facilitate Learning and Development meetings with a range of stakeholders.
* Identify development needs through observation, quality checking, Skills Matrix, and various other methods.
* Coach and support both new and existing colleagues
* Manage work allocation for new colleagues.
* Provide real time feedback.
* Project management – liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure project success.
* Develop and update the Learning Library
* Co-ordinate the administration of training courses, including diary management and database management.
* Engage in team culture to share knowledge and provide support to colleagues.
Experience and Skills
* Well organised and confident in L&D administration.
* Exceptional coaching and facilitation skills.
* A detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
* Experience in designing and delivering IT skills training courses to a wide range of users.
* Experience in designing e-learning packages would be an advantage, but not essential.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Previous training experience with Remortgage is desirable, but not essential.
* Ability to work autonomously and be a self-starter.
* Full UK driving licence, and willingness to travel to deliver training across our regional offices when required.
