Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with site leadership to identify and efficiently implement digital solutions.
2. Guide and support a team of manufacturing and lab IT professionals, encouraging a collaborative and inclusive environment.
3. Support quality teams to maintain perfect regulatory compliance and robust security standards.
4. Handle budgets and resources effectively to achieve project goals within established timelines.
5. Implement innovative solutions while balancing growth and modernization of site technology.
6. Act as a liaison between site and global IT teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software.
7. Coordinate IT projects from conception to completion.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master's or equivalent experience preferred.
2. At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or lab related IT roles, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership position.
3. Solid understanding of GMP, FDA, GAMP, and other regulatory standards.
4. Consistent track record in implementing IT solutions in manufacturing and lab environments.
5. Outstanding project management, leadership, and communication skills.
