Job Title: Class Teacher Location: Yorkshire and the Humber, North Yorkshire, Harrogate Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £120 - £180 Per day Job Duties:
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and informative lessons to primary school students
* Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behaviour
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
* Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to discuss student progress and address any concerns
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A relevant Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
* Enhanced DBS check clearance
Education: - Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field Experience:
* Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting
* Experience working with students of varying abilities
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of the national curriculum and educational policies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Effective classroom management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
* Additional training or certifications in special educational needs (SEN) or safeguarding
Working Conditions:
* Work in a classroom setting within a primary school environment
* Full-time hours with occasional requirements for after-school meetings or events
* Collaborative work with colleagues, students, parents, and school administration
* Adherence to school policies and procedures
