We’re on the hunt for an experienced PMO Manager to join a well-respected organisation based in St Andrews. This is a permanent position with a hybrid setup, you’ll be in the office just 2 days per week, working closely with the Head of Change and wider tech teams to shape and steer our transformation journey.

What you’ll be doing:
* Managing the operations of a growing PMO function
* Maintaining and refining Change team logs and technology portfolio reporting
* Organising project pipelines to deliver on time, within budget, and to spec
* Driving standardised practices across the portfolio
* Championing resource optimisation and boosting project success rates
* Supporting the transition from a portfolio office to a fully-fledged PMO
* Building strong relationships across teams with top-tier stakeholder management

* Solid experience in Project and Portfolio Governance
* A track record of improving processes and reporting within a PMO setting
* An adaptable mindset with the confidence to lead change
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
