This will be working with students in Primary, Secondary and post -16 with Autism and associated n eeds. Ability levels can vary considerably and a willingness to deliver more than one curriculum area is desired for the role of SEND Tutor. The school has a strong emphasis on life skills and employability as for most learners this is their last experience of education. Requirements To be considered for the role of SEND T utor you will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Primary or Secondary Experience working with children with a variety of SEND needs. Have previous experience within a similar specialist setting or strong transferable experience from a mainstream setting. Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of SEND Teachers and LSA's A passion for making a difference to the lives of young people.
