Description PASTORAL COORDINATOR Hours: 37 hours per week, 8am - 4pm Monday – Thursday, 8am – 3.30pm Friday, term time only Salary Range: BET Band 4 Point A – E FTE £26,918 - £29,616 – Actual Salary: £23,398 - £25,743 Priory is seeking a self-motivated, adaptable and highly organised individual to fill the role of Pastoral Coordinator. The position involves the smooth running of the school’s behaviour management systems and working closely with the other members of the pastoral team on a daily basis. The successful applicant will coordinate several aspects of the work of the pastoral team and will regularly communicate with parents regarding pastoral issues. They will have an overview of the daily running of the whole school behaviour systems and the day to day management of them. Applicants should be confident, articulate and with a strong personality to enable them to deal with pupils in a variety of situations. Being able to build and maintain mutually respectful relationships with staff, parents and pupils alike is essential. The successful candidate will be relentless and uncompromising in securing excellent outcomes for all pupils. Excellent communication and organisational skills, together with excellent IT skills are the main prerequisites for this position.
