Your new role This job is a 12-month FTC to provide support with month-end management accounts, budgeting and forecasting while allowing the existing team to enhance and improve the current financial precesses and systems. Duties will include: Manage daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting. Oversee key financial processes for inventory, fixed assets & depreciation, receivables, provisions, and expenses. Support period-end reporting, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Provide variance analysis and financial insights to support decision-making. Operational & Cost Management: Oversee FTE and overhead cost management, ensuring efficiency and cost control. Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations and financial records. Manage stock and fixed asset (FA) reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Process Improvement & System Optimisation: What you'll need to succeed You'll be a qualified, or qualified by experience accountant with strong analytical and process improvement skills.
