* We are looking for candidates with a third-level education and a background in a similar IT Support environment. You should have experience with Office 365 Desktop Apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and be familiar with Office 365 administration, including Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint. Additionally, experience with Windows Server, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and VMware, is essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must. A driver's license and ideally access to your own vehicle are required due to our site location.
Responsibilities:
* As an IT Support Engineer, I will need you to provide technical support for all PC hardware, software, and associated peripherals. You will be responsible for logging support calls and documenting their outcomes to help resolve common queries. Your role will also involve installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems to agreed standards, performing upgrades and new installations, and carrying out routine procedures on-site infrastructure. Troubleshooting system, server, and network problems while diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults will be a key part of your day-to-day activities.
