About the role
In this role, you’ll support Brook Financial, one of MAB’s key partnerships as part of our network, to achieve and sustain excellent sales performance. Working closely with their Leadership team and circa 215 Advisers across the UK, you’ll develop excellent relationships with people across the business to influence and manage the performance and risk alongside colleagues in your team across L&D and Training and Competency. You’ll use data and insights to inform great commercial decisions and ultimately to support driving growth through sales and marketing activity alongside managing risks and compliance across the Adviser population.
