Main Duties of the Job
Key Responsibilities:
* Comprehensive Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care programs for allergy patients using established guidelines and protocols, in collaboration with our allergy consultant and multiprofessional team.
* Evidence-Based Management: Apply research critically to manage allergies in child health, ensuring the best support and management for children and their families.
* Education & Training: Contribute to the specialist education and training of healthcare professionals.
* Continuous Improvement: Engage in clinical supervision, self-reflection, audits, and quality initiatives to enhance care for children and their families.
* Service Development: Play a key role in developing clinical services within the children’s allergy team.

Any other changes unrelated to this, will be handled in line with Trust/National terms and conditions.
