JobSummary
Asa member of the Internal Sales Team you will be responsible forproviding exceptional customer service support. You will be a greatteam player and an excellent communicator supporting internal andexternal customers supplying specific quotations and assisting theexternal sales teams. The overall focus is to provide excellentcustomer service at all times and to exceed our customersexpectations. You will receive continuous training on our productrange to support you in building system quotations and addressingall customerinquiries.
MainResponsibilities
* Commitmentto Providing FirstClass CustomerService: Handle daily requestsincluding quotes queries andcalls.
* QuoteChasing Support: Initiate in thenewyear.
* MeetingCreation: Schedule meetings forBusiness Development Managers (BDMs) using dormant customer data onSAP/NSIRegister.
* CustomerOutreach: Cold/Warm callingexisting customers managing pipelines and arranging meetings forBDMs.
* PostMeetingFollowups: Collaborate with BDMsto advise on action followups aftermeetings.
* DataAccuracy: Maintain highstandards of dataaccuracy.
* DepartmentalTargets: Work with colleagues toachieve departmentaltargets.
* ProductKnowledge: Stay updated on thecomplete productrange.
* QuotationCreation: Use the CRM system SAPto create specificquotations.
* DesignPanels: Use MS Visio to designpanel templates for customerapproval.
* DeadlineManagement: Ability to work totight deadlines with multiple stakeholderdemands.
* CustomerService KPIs: Meet and exceedCustomer ServiceKPIs.
* FieldExperience: Participate indistribution sitin days days out with BDMs and prospecthunting.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required: Essential: Minimum 2years of Sales / Business Development experience with ademonstrable track record. Excellent selling, communication, andnegotiation skills, both verbal and written (fluent in English).Strong prioritisation skills and ability to manage own workload.Excellent relationship management skills, with a focus on buildingquality accounts. Strong attention to detail. Desired: Experiencein Security and Distribution Sales. A passion for Technology andSales Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
