What you'll be responsible for:
1. Lead and mentor the Payables team, providing guidance and support.
2. Manage the full accounts payable process, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.
3. Oversee direct debit payments and collaborate with the property team on lease information and payments.
4. Approve supplier payments, manage cash flow, and drive process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
5. Conduct performance reviews, provide development opportunities, and maintain positive supplier relationships.
6. Generate regular reports on accounts payable activities and metrics.
What We're Looking for from you:
1. Proven experience in an Accounts Payable Manager role with a strong understanding of P2P processes, in a high-volume environment.
2. Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
3. Exceptional communication skills, both financial and non-financial, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
4. Strong Excel skills and a knack for process improvements.
